To our Community members and attendees,
We hope you are all keeping well.
Alhamdulillāh, on the 1st of Muharram 1442 AH our Secretariat staff returned to work in-person at the ISIJ Secretariat Office and re-opened office doors after over 150 days of being closed.
The COVID-19 climate has kept us all on alert and as we continue to remain vigilant, we urge you all to do the same.
As we observe the slight uptick in new cases in Ontario and as outdoor temperatures start to drop keeping more people indoors, it becomes even more critical to follow public health guidelines.
Please remember to:
- Continue practicing good personal hygiene
- Wash hands thoroughly and frequently
- Wear masks
- Keep a distance of 2 meters from others as much as possible
- Stay within your social bubble
Premier Doug Ford, in Thursday’s announcement, stated changes to the social gathering limits in Toronto, Peel Region and Ottawa to 10 people indoors and 25 outdoors. While these are hotspots for COVID-19 cases, we all need to do our part in keeping ourselves and others around us, safe and healthy.
