It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Sr. Farida Hatim Darbar, who passed away in Toronto.
Salāt al-Mayyit will be at the Jaffari Community Centre today, Thursday, July 9th at 2:15 pm. Thereafter, burial will be at Behishte Zahra (101 Senlac Road).
Marhūma was the sister of Zarina Kuchera, Nadira Lakdawalla, Razia Darbar and Anmol Darbar. She was the mother of Rahat Pye and Jackie Pye and the aunt of Akiel Merchant, Azeem Lakdawalla and Zia Lakdawalla. She was also the grandmother of Roxana Pye McDonald, Asha Pye McDonald, Ava Welsh and Inaya Welsh
