Volunteer at the ISIJ of Toronto Secretariat Office

The ISIJ Secretariat Office is the hub of day-to-day operations at the ISIJ of Toronto and is always looking for dedicated and committed volunteers to assist! Are you a parent that has time between drop-off and pick-up at school? Or are you retired and looking to give back to the community? Or are you looking for experience in administration or finance? We think you will like it here ….

Administrative Duties

Every office fuels on efficient administration (and the occasional good snacks), and every individual is an integral player!

Duties include answering phones, emails, interacting with and addressing visitor queries, assisting with archiving prior year records, and more.

Finance Duties

Where would an organization be without the Finance Department? Work closely with our team and find out!

Duties include data entry, managing accounts payable, archiving of files, crunching numbers and more!
