With the latest update of the ISIJ app, we have made changes to how your MySadaqah donations are processed.
Prior to this update, each donation was processed immediately. Now, all your MySadaqah donations will be processed on a monthly basis instead. Similar to how you make your credit card payments on a monthly basis, your MySadaqah donations will also be billed on a monthly basis.
FAQ
What does this mean for me?
You will continue to use MySadaqa like in the past – No change in how you use the app.
The only change is that you will no longer see a charge for each Sadaqah donation, but rather one charge on a monthly basis with all your donations for the month.
As an example, if you donate $5 once a week, starting January 1st, instead of seeing 4 transactions of $5 on your credit card statement, you will instead see one charge of $20 on February 1st.
What happens if I do not make a donation in a month?
If you do not make any donations in a month, you will not be charged.
