It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Sr. Masuma Jaffer who passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 in Toronto.
Salāt al-Mayyit will be at the Jaffari Community Centre today Friday January 27, 2023 at 1:30pm after Jumma prayers. Thereafter, we will proceed for burial at Al Hussain Foundation (10992 Kennedy Road , Markham)
Marhuma was the daughter of Marhum Hussain Bandeali and Marhuma Kulsumbai.
Marhuma was the mother of Hyder Jaffer, Maqbool Jaffer, Salim Jaffer, Mohsin Jaffer and Sukaina Sadiq.
Marhuma was the mother-in-law of Zaib Jaffer, Aliya Jaffer, Asiyah Jaffer, Shazia Jaffer and Muhammad Sadiq Moledina.
Marhuma was the sister of Marhuma Fatima bai Khatau and Marhum Mohamed Raza Kalyan.
Marhuma was the Grandmother of Shahzain and Hiba Jaffer (Richmond Hill), Tasmiyah and Hussain(Chicago), Ruhab and Mohammad Hassan Sheriff (Vaughan) ,Insiya and Hasan Shah (Milton), Shayan Jaffer (Ajax) Meesum Jaffer (Tulsa), Fizza Jaffer (Tulsa), Ali Sheriyar (Markham), Samar and Sania Jaffer (Whitby).
Great grandmother of Dua Fatima Sheriff and Miraal Zainab Jaffer.
Marhuma was the Aunty of Sabira Jessa of Richmond Hill and Munira Karim of Florida.
