It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Sr. Khair un Nisa Vajid who passed away in Toronto.
Salāt al-Mayyit will be at the Jaffari Community Centre (9000 Bathurst) today, Tuesday, April 27, at 3:00 pm. Thereafter, burial will be at Wadi Al-Salaam (10992 Kennedy Road).
Marhūma was the wife of Marhūm Dr. Hasan Ali Vajid, and Daughter of Marhūm Shariff Hasham and Marhūma Fatima bai Shariff Hasham.
She was the mother of Tahera Habib, Marhūma Sabera Nanji, Nasera Rashid, Dr. Ali Vajid, and Seema Hussain.
She was the grandmother of Hasnain Habib, Imran Habib, Zia Habib, Hasan Vajid, Salman Vajid, and Jawad Vajid.
