It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Marhūm Yusufali Gulam Husein Sheriff, who passed away yesterday, Thursday October 31, 2019.

Salāt al-Mayyit will be at the Jaffari Community Centre today, Friday, November 1st, after Salāt al-Jumu’ah, then will proceed to Wadi Al-Salaam (10992 Kennedy Road) for burial.

Marhūm was the husband of Aminabai Sheriff, father of Marhūm Rafiq, Marhūma Mansura, Marhūm Mohammed, Bakar, Salima, and Zerabanu Tarbhai. He was the father-in-law to Famida Sheriff and Muslim Tarbhai, and grandfather to Fatima, Ali, and Hussein Tarbhai.
