It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Br. Masumali Gulamali Walimohamed Merali who passed away on Friday, January 14th, 2022 in Toronto.
Salāt al-Mayyit will be at the Jaffari Community Centre on Saturday, January 15th, 2022 at 1:15 pm. Thereafter, burial will be at Wadi Al Salaam, Al Hussain Foundation (10992 Kennedy Road, Markham).
Marhum was the husband of Marhuma Mumtaz (Shamim) Merali. He was the father of Anjuman Nathu (Minnesota), Ishfak Merali (Zimbabwe), Gulamali Merali (London), Mustafa Merali (Toronto), Arzina Fazal (Arusha) and Grandfather to 13 grandchildren.
