Marhum was the Husband of Amina (Fazel) Dhala, Father of Fatima (Dhala) Kermalli and Najma (Dhala) Datoo and Father inlaw of Muhammad Kermalli and Amjad Datoo of Toronto; Brother of Amin Dhala (Los Angeles), Zainab Alidina (Dar-es-Salaam) and Batul Rahim (London)
