It is with sadness that we share the news of the demise of Br. Abdul Qadir Syed (Nasir) who passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022 in Toronto.
Salāt al-Mayyit will be at the Jaffari Community Centre today, Friday, June 10, 2022 at 2:45 pm. Thereafter, we will proceed for burial at Toronto Muslim Cemetery ( 13076 Leslie Street ), Richmond Hill.
Marhum was the husband of Sr. Arjumand Bano Qadir Syed (Shahina).
He was the son of Marhum Dr. Syed Manzoor Mehdi & Marhuma Sughra Fatima.
Marhum was the father of Sr. Danyah Qadir Syed and Br. Raza Qadir Syed.
Marhum was the father-in-law of Dr. Rizwanali Momin and Sr. Sonia Raza.
Marhum was grandfather to Zaira, Muhummad Shuja, Hanaa Fatimah & Ayad Ali.
Marhum was brother of Atiya Zaidi (Vaughan).
Marhum was the uncle of Taha & Ali Syed (Vaughan) Aleya Noorani & Faizan Ali.
