PLEASE BE ADVISED that a Special General Meeting will be held on Sunday February 14, 2021, at 2 pm.
The meeting is being called under Section 5.03(a) and the Notice being given under Section 5.06 (a)(i) of our General Operating By-Law No.3
The Special General Meeting will be held virtually via ZOOM (details to be provided closer to the time to registered participants) to approve the Minutes of the Annual General meeting held on Sept 27, 2020 and discussions and approval of Board of Directors’ Resolutions.
