To begin using the scan it forward form, open your ISIJ app on your device, where you will see a selection for the “Scan your items” form. Once the form opens,  Start by selecting the items that you brought, followed by the centre you’re attending, gender, age range, and a t the end, you enter your profile information, which you can then select to save in the app. Once you click, submit entry, you will have the option to leave the form or to submit another entry. if you want to add another profile, you can do so by filling out the form again and adding the necessary information for the new profile, the same way the first profile was created. You may also save the additional profiles in the app, so that the next time you are filling out the form and need to do so for multiple people, you can do it by simply selecting the pre-saved profiles and filling out a form for each person. You do not need to exit the app to add a new entry. Thank you for using our new kit scan form.
