It is with great sadness that we share the news of Marhūm Haji Ali Asgar Dhirani, who passed away on Wednesday January 8th, 2020 in the tragic Ukrainian Air crash
The body of Marhūm Ali Asgar Dhirani has been repatriated to Toronto. Salāt al-Mayyit will be at the Jaffari Community Centre on Tuesday, January 28th, after Dhuhr salāt at 12:55 pm, then will proceed to Wadi Al-Salaam (10992 Kennedy Road) for burial.
Marhūm Haji Ali Asgar Dhirani was the son of late Haji Ghulamhussein Dhirani, Sakina Dhirani and husband of Razia Dhirani. He was the father of Arif and Rehana Dhirani. He was the grandfather of Jibraan, Isa, Kian, Deen and Qais. Marhūm was the brother of Mohammed Dhirani (of DSM), Marhūm Ghulamhasan (Sheni) Dhirani, Marhūm Dr. Mushtaq Dhirani, Marhūma Rukaiya Dhirani and Zehra Hasham.
