Why are processing fees being added to in-app donations?
With each payment made using credit cards (including ApplePay), there is a mandatory processing fee from all payment processors. Historically, ISIJ has always covered these fees on behalf of donors.
As more donations are being made using credit card, you can help us by optionally covering the processing fee to help us reduce our operating expenses.
Is it required to cover processing fees for in-app donations?
No, the option to cover processing fees is optional and you can opt out at the time of donation.
