Competition Guidelines: Flag Design
Competition Guidelines:
1. Theme:
• Incorporate elements that represent unity, diversity, spirituality, and community.
2. Eligibility:
• Open to all community members.
• Participants can submit individually or as a team.
3. Design Requirements:
• The flag should be rectangular (it will be printed on 120"x60"). The names must be in English, not Arabic.
• Designs must be original and not include copyrighted or pre-existing elements.
4. Content Restrictions:
• No offensive, political, or religiously divisive symbols.
• No logos unless directly approved as part of the theme.
5. Submission Format:
• Submit a high-resolution digital file (e.g., PNG, JPEG, or PDF).
6. Submission Deadline:
• All entries must be submitted by November 30th, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
7. Judging Criteria:
• Creativity: Originality and artistic expression.
• Symbolism: Use of elements that represent the community.
8. Prizes:
• Winners will receive recognition and a certificate of appreciation.
9. Copyright and Usage:
• By entering, participants agree that their designs may be used, modified, or adapted for community purposes.
Credit will be given to the designer(s).
