If you experience problems, please try the following:

1. Use VLC Player. Download from here (valid only for Windows 2000, XP and Vista)
2. For MAC users, click here
3. Install the program and then click on the LIVE link that is labeled as MMS. The LIVE program will load in the VLC player.
